The Westchase Artists Society was started in August 2006 by Leah Mondino and Vanessa Montenegro, two Westchase neighbors, who happened to be artists and saw a need to see the art community grow in the Upper Tampa Bay Area.

The Westchase Artists Society is a group of artists interested in adding vibrancy and art to the already interesting Westchase scene and Tampa Bay area. Our goal is to grow the art community in the Westchase area as well as the Tampa Bay area, by exhibiting art, educating artists, and bringing together visual artists from around the area. Join us for an evening of fun introductions and discussion of future artistic activities, i.e. art shows, excursions, workshops, outdoor paintings and other art-related events.
